Looking to further your training? Then look no further.  The Meadville-Western Crawford County Chamber of Commerce is ready to host it's 4th Class for Leadership Meadville.

The MISSION of Leadership Meadville:  To identify and develop current and future leaders through a comprehensive program designed to increase knowledge and awareness of the issues and challenges facing this community.
 
Our VISION is to be a highly valued and respected program recognized for the quality and diversity of its members, who remain committed to improving our region through ongoing education, awareness, and involvement.

Leadership is often the difference between success and failure for businesses, organizations and communities. Rather than simply hope leadership emerges, Leadership Meadville is a proactive initiative to develop leadership capacity in the Meadville and Crawford County areas.
 
Class 4 of Leadership Meadville is now being recruited for an August 29, 2013 kickoff. Approximately 15 individuals who live and/or work in the Meadville/Crawford County areas will come together on the second Friday of each month, September through May, 2014 to energize themselves, develop their skills, and learn how to apply their new knowledge to the workplace and community.
 
          We continue to improve the program based on participant feedback, making Leadership Meadville even more relevant and participant-friendly. We’ve added time for reflection on leadership, and a greater opportunity to talk with area leaders about their personal development and their leadership styles. We’ve also increased pertinent leadership readings.
 
          We are proud of the leadership roles taken in the region by our three classes of graduates. Please consider participation in the 2013-14 program year, or get this packet in the hands of someone you believe is ready to sink their teeth into leadership.
