Description
Sponsored by PNC, children, ages 12 and under are invited to parade their costumes and participate at a safe, indoor, climate-controlled Trick-or-Treat event. For a $1.00 donation, children will receive candy and treats from many treat stations throughout the Meadville Downtown Mall. Proceeds benefit nonprofit Achievement Center who provides therapeutic services to 4,200 children from birth to 21 years of age.
