The 5th Annual Titusville PEEPshow Diorama Contest A Display of Marshmallow Masterpieces! PEEPS® fans rejoice! The 5th Annual Titusville PEEPshow Diorama Contest will bring fans together to recreate pop-culture scenarios and historic moments out of PEEPS®, just in time for the spring season. All are welcomed to join in on the fun on April 8th at the Titusville YWCA, to support friends and family as all of the quirky and creative marshmallow dioramas are revealed. This year marks the 5th time that Titusville Council on the Arts has participated in the PEEPS®-tastic tradition of hosting a PEEPS® diorama contest. This contest showcases creative talent by bringing scenes to life with iconic PEEPS® Marshmallows. “We love seeing the creativity that this event brings out,” says Ashley Eichhorn-Thompson, Executive Director of Titusville Council on the Arts. “It’s a great project to do together as a family, or in a classroom, business or organization.” About the PEEPshow: There are two categories: INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES or LARGE GROUPS/ORGANIZATONS USE YOUR PEEPS TO: Immortalize a moment in history. Celebrate your favorite pop icon or blockbuster movie; recreate a famous painting; reflect a slogan or play on words. We’ll accept dioramas, sculpture and mosaics that feature PEEPS as their primary subject matter or artistic medium. The registration fee is $5 per creation. WINNERS: During the event, people can purchase voting tickets and vote on their favorite creation. There will be a first, second and third place winner within both categories. PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE WINNERS! TO REIGISTER: Call the Arts Council at 814-827-2381. All entries must be registered by April 3rd. Entries must be picked-up the same day of the event.
