ARMSTRONG: Broadband Technician 1

Armstrong is currently seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Broadband Technician 1. 
 

• Install and troubleshoot internet/cable/phone services, using the latest test equipment and following our safety and installation guidelines
• Maintain vehicle inventory and safety compliance
• Handle physical tasks like climbing, digging, and drilling as needed, while adhering to all safety protocols
• Provide timely, detailed paperwork and feedback to help improve our services
• Stay ahead of trends through continuous training and development
• Participate in on-call and shift work as required

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma (advanced education in IT, electronics, or a related field is a plus!).
• A customer-first approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months.
• Physical ability to bend, climb, sit, and lift over 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions.
