Join us on Friday, October 23rd at the Downtown Meadville Mall from 6-8 p.m. as we enjoy an indoor, trick or treating time for children ages 12 and under. For a $1 donation per participating child, costumed trick or treaters will have the opportunity to walk through the mall and visit treat stations represented by local businesses.
