Local and regional media and promotional companies will be donating various advertising opportunities ranging from billboard, newspaper, radio, websites, graphic design, business cards…anything you might use to promote your business. Local businesses will be putting together packages to include their services and/or products that you may want to purchase for your business, your employees or for yourself. Packages will be auctioned off with starting bids beginning at 10% of their value.Local Job and Internship Fair
A job fair for area college and technical school students in conjunction with our K-12 Foundation. Along with full and part-time employment possibilities, this is also a chance for underclassmen to check out potential internships.Business After Hours and Businesswomen's Roundtable Events
These casual networking events are a great way to cultivate new business relationships and strengthen existing ones. Each month, a different Chamber member hosts the event as an opportunity to showcase their business and staff. There is no charge for members and potential members to attend. The host provides the location, food, beverages and at least one door prize. The Chamber will promote the event via newsletter, radio and eblast.Round Table Discussion Groups
Professionals and business colleagues engaging in round table discussions on hot topics, specific events and ways to work together in order to enhance and promote each business involved. These are typically HR-related topics and are held the 4th Tuesday of the month at Hoss' Steak and Sea House at noon. Free to attend and you don't have to be in HR to attend - all members are welcome.
