Edinboro University in Meadville – The Joseph T. Buba Center is offering a training program on Exceptional Customer Service on Friday, October 14, 2011, 9-Noon. The program is being conducted by Heidi Parr Kerner, a nationally certified speaker and trainer. The program will teach cover:
