Looking to further your leadership skills? Then look no further. The Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce is ready to host our 17th Class for Leadership Meadville and applications are now being accepted through May 29, 2026. Seats are filled on a first come, first served basis.

The MISSION of Leadership Meadville:  To identify and develop current and future leaders through a comprehensive program designed to increase knowledge and awareness of the issues and challenges facing this community.
 
Our VISION is to be a highly valued and respected program recognized for the quality and diversity of its members, who remain committed to improving our region through ongoing education, awareness, and involvement.

Leadership is often the difference between success and failure for businesses, organizations and communities. Leadership Meadville was created for leadership skill development and asset discovery by engaging class participants with the leaders of various business sectors in our area. 
 
An information session will be held in early July for all applicants to learn more about the requirements and expectations of the program. The Leadership Meadville class will officially begin with a mandatory Orientation day on a still to be determined date in late August. 
 
A maximum of 20 individuals who live and/or work in Crawford County will come together on the second Friday of each month, September 2026 through June 2027, to develop their skills and learn how to apply their knowledge to the workplace and community.
 
We continue to improve the program based on participant feedback, making Leadership Meadville even more relevant and applicable. We are proud of the leadership roles taken in the region by our past classes of graduates.
