Have you wanted to try new types of media to market your business?
Are you in the advertising business and looking for new customers?
Well, you're all in for a treat. The Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce is holding its 2nd Meadville Media Auction. Businesses large and small in all industries and non-profit organizations are invited to participate. Whether you're buying, selling or both, mark your calendars for Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at The Movies at Meadville. Doors will open at 5:0 p.m., bidding will begin promptly at 6:00.
Local and regional promotional companies will be donating all sorts of advertising opportunities, ranging from billboard, newspaper, radio, websites, graphic design, business cards...anything you might use to promote your business. Packages will be auctioned off at a FRACTION of the cost you might pay if you went directly to the source.
You've got to see this to believe it. Businesses get to try new advertising sources at reduced prices while media and promotional companies get access to new customers. It's a win-win-win situation as the Chamber also benefits from the proceeds of this new fundraising event!
Cost to attend is just $5 but we'll give you a $5 voucher to spend at the concession stand. There will also be a cash bar available.
You don't have to be a chamber member to participate, however, certain packages can only be purchased by current Meadville Chamber members.
Contact the Chamber of Commerce for more information about the auction or to reserve your seat in the bidding audience. Reservations are appreciated but not necessary.
