10th Annual Dinner will recognize those who have excelled in the NWPA WIA Adult Program and WIA Dislocated Worker Program. Awards will also be given for the PA CareerLink® Partner of the Year, Employer of the Year, Industry Partnership Above and Beyond, and Regional Workforce Development Network Partner of the Year.
