    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Hunters Sharing the Harvest Welcomes Rob Boulware to Board of Directors
Greenville, PA – April 28, 2025 – Hunters Sharing the Harvest (HSH), Pennsylvania's nationally
recognized venison donation program, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Boulware,
director of stakeholder relations at Seneca Resources Company, LLC, to its Board of Directors.
A respected member of Pennsylvania’s business community, Boulware has over two decades of
experience in public relations and stakeholder engagement within the energy sector. At Seneca
Resources, he has been instrumental in fostering community relations and spearheading
corporate social responsibility initiatives across the Commonwealth.
In addition to shepherding Seneca Resources’ ongoing sponsorship support of HSH, Boulware
has worked to introduce potential donors to HSH and helped to expand the opportunity to
Pennsylvania counties not previously served by HSH.
“On behalf of my fellow directors we’re really excited to welcome Rob to the Board of HSH,” said
Bill Sordoni, HSH board chair. “Rob has been a friend and active supporter of our organization for
many years, and we’re excited to continue working with him in this new capacity.”
During a time of unprecedented growth in the organization and increased food insecurity across
Pennsylvania, HSH created a strategic plan recently, updated and revised its bylaws and
implemented several new policies to better position the organization for the future. Randy
Ferguson, executive director, thinks it’s the opportune time for Boulware to join the organization.
"We’re thrilled to welcome Rob to our board," said Ferguson. "His dedication to community
service and proactive support of HSH have already made a significant impact on our operations.
We look forward to leveraging his expertise and reputation as we continue to expand our mission
and position ourselves for sustainable growth."

Boulware expressed enthusiasm about his new role, stating, "For 34 years, Hunters Sharing the
Harvest has played a vital role in Pennsylvania’s deer management and conservation efforts while
helping food banks to provide protein for our neighbors in need. As an outdoor enthusiast, I’m
deeply honored to be asked to play a role in advancing their mission, and I look for to the exciting
    work ahead.”
Since its inception in 1991, Hunters Sharing the Harvest has facilitated the donation of over three
million pounds of hunter-donated venison to Pennsylvania’s charitable food system. The addition
of Boulware to the Board underscores HSH's commitment to strengthening partnerships and
expanding its reach to address hunger across the Commonwealth.
